Chee Cheong fun -猪肠粉

OMG!  woke up in the morning craving for this ‘chee cheong fun’.  Actually is a rice noodle roll accompany with sauce with shrimp paste and chili.  Some of store add crisp onion on top with another layer of textual and aroma.  It can be cut as is or open up the rice noodle and it depends on the eater.  Still can’t find an authentic chee cheong fun here though.  Looking forward on the Penang trip to have this.

Anyway, Hong Kong does has  ‘Cheong fun’ but a little different.  They normally go with soya sauce and inside the rice noodle either have shrimp or roast pork. Though Malaysian style better…
