These beautiful creation just brought up another level of Dim Sum like we normally see.
The Dim Sum platter just beautiful just too pretty to eat. Squid and salted eggs yolk wrapped in fried dough. King crab roll with noodle mhmm good. Halibut roll and turnip cake just too cute. Chocolate black sesame mochi dumpling in ginger tea broth sooo good. The price tag will be on a steep side but is all worth it. Just wish that I can afford to go there in weekly basis.
After a long drive and we notice an old eatery but seems crowded. Thus we decided to give it a try. OMG! We made a right choice. The food there are so good. Both of us enjoy every bite of the food. But the portion there are way too big. We end up ask for box to take it home. Will definitely go back for other menu for sure.
The wait is over. Ordered a case on this yummy snacks and took two weeks from ordering to delivery. Anyway, it all worth it. It was delicious and everyone love it. I ordered a case and end up only one box left for myself. The hippo shape of biscuit filling with the goodness of chocolate cream. That put a smile to those who eat it.

Yes, I love to cook and dislike to know people go hungry. Since the long holiday weekend for Christmas. Some of my peers who didn’t go back to celebrate Christmas with their family. Those don’t have something to eat. Especially they depend on the meal from work. Since I am cooking anyway and might well cook a little more and to share with them.
This chow mein is simple but oh boy it’s delicious. Everyone love it so so much. I am so glad it was a hit.
The meal is absolutely breath taking. The Shoyu Ahi Poke and taro chips really good. The slight taste of toast sesame oil on the fresh ahi and taro chip ah I am in heaven. The Agedashi tofu just OK for me. I personally think the chef picked the wrong kind of tofu. It should be skill skin instead of taught one. Understood it is easy for chef to work on but the texture is different. I prefer my tofu smooth.
The salad plating was beautiful but I don’t particularly like it. Watermelon radish was hard to eat. Though I love dragon fruit. Love that star fruits too. Has been a while I didn’t eat it. YES! that main course was so good ‘Shoyu braised Pork Belly Bowl with Ume Honey Glaze’ hmmm hmmm good. Just melt in my mouth not fatty at all. Love the after taste of shoyu. The dessert a little complicated. It’s call Aloha Momona. On the plate it has open faced soursop tart with brulee’d Ube and butter mochi drizzled with hibiscus carmel. Garnished with dehydrated pineapple flowers and pineapple cake crumbs. I ate all the butter mochi.
This is my first time tasted the Deviled duck eggs. A little sour though but it was delicious. The watermelon Basil Gazpacho with Feta cream was excellent. The rabbit ragu was tender and cooked it just right. Very juicy with slight white wine, rosemary, thyme and savory Gnocchi. Yes, the truffle oil mushroom lasagna was so rich though. I can’t finish all it has spinach, pine nuts, oyster mushroom, truffle oil and heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. End up with delicious white chocolate vanilla bean lollipop cheesecake with chocolate caramel & strawberry Chantilly cream. Really enjoy every bite of this fancy meal.
