Yummy Chow Mein #elizastyle

screen-shot-2017-01-01-at-9-10-58-am  Yes, I love to cook and dislike to know people go hungry.  Since the long holiday weekend for Christmas.  Some of my peers who didn’t go back to celebrate Christmas with their family.  Those don’t have something to eat.  Especially they depend on the meal from work.  Since I am cooking anyway and might well cook a little more and to share with them.

This chow mein is simple but oh boy it’s delicious.  Everyone love it so so much.  I am so glad it was a hit.

Merry Christmas 2016

I love the seasons of Fall and Winter.  Although a little cold sometime but in California is easy to deal with.   Wishing everyone have a Merry Christmas and be safe.

No visitors this time but I enjoy our quality time together.

The clinic will take the lesion for biopsy purpose to see what is it.   Still dealing with the pain especially burning sensation.

Weather temperature down 30

The weather temperature is now down to thirty’s though and have to put on glove and winter coat before go out.  There are layer of ice on the car that parked on the drive way too.

Thinking of those homeless and how can they survive in the environment like this.

Moving sucks

Moving suck and everyone knew it.  Toss away those old stuffs and carefully packed those sentimental value item into the POD’s.  My oh my and we end up use three POD’s. Just need to think twice when the next time shopping.   Just don’t simply buy buy buy.

Yes, we hired labors but some one them were good but some of them just lazy and always on the phone.  Geez, not sure how many trip to Home Depot for the heavy weight boxes.  After 5 solid days of pick and pack.  All completely and have gardener to clean up the front and back yard.

Donated some of the item to Salvation Army, Hope Services and Recycling center.
